We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was amazing and we were impressed by the well-maintained hotel facilities. Although we didn't have a car, we appreciated the hotel's location close enough to the bus system to get to this city center easily. Additionally, there were plenty of great restaurants in the area to choose from. The breakfast was delicious with quality cappuccinos. Most importantly, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Nothing, all great.

Friendly and helpful staff, even was able to buy metro tickets at the reception desk.
Everything else. Location is horrible, you have to take a bus (or walk for 40 mins) to the nearest metro station, so thats an extra euro each way. Downstairs internet was very slow, only 2 computers. Couldnt use telephone in room to call international, had to use reception phone for 1 euro a minute. No air conditioning, the fan was ok, but if I walked away from it for 2 seconds I started sweating. They have metal pull down shutters on the window and balcony door so you cant really open them, therefore very little airflow. Dont bother going down for the breakfast unless you just want a coffee.

The hotel had a lovely garden area and very helpful staff. The location was a bit out of the center, but there were buses available to get to the main attractions. It was great that the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided every two days. The free wifi was available in the lobby.
The entrance and reception area were not very welcoming. It was quite a walk to find restaurants and shops, but the quiet neighborhood was a plus.

We appreciated the (very late) checkin and the later checkout as well as the quick response from the hotel to the above requests and for a queen bed

The place was really nice - very clean room, air conditioning, big bed, quiet neighborhood, nice little garden, decent breakfast buffet.
The hotel is rather far from the city center - you need to take the metro and then a bus to get there (about 40-50 minutes).

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a bus stop just a few minutes away that took us directly to the subway. From there, we were as close to the city center as expected. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and great service. We enjoyed breakfast each morning, with a good selection of items. There was even a private chapel and park on the property!
The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, but once we got our bearings and figured out the transportation, it was easy to navigate.

We liked the location as it's away from the noise and the agitation of Rome. The breakfast was diversified and the fruits were fresh.
The doors are not "soundproof", meaning that you could hear everybody entering and coming out from their room pretty loud. No air conditioning just a fan. The room is simple so do not expect more.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was situated in a quiet and peaceful area outside of the bustling city center. The hotel itself had a beautiful, well-maintained garden which created a serene atmosphere. We loved spending time in the garden and enjoying the tranquility.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff is helpful and very kind, and it has a very nice garden, I can relax during late evening. Anyway, it worth the money you have paid.
But the location is not near the city center and the metro station, so it need about 1h to reach the railway station.

Hotel crew really helpful. Excelent breakfast.
It's not so close to the hystorical center. But you can take a 10 minutes bus up to the first subway station. More 10 minutes by metro and you are there.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at a hotel located in a calm area with good shopping nearby. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and we loved the fact that there was daily cleaning service. the best aspect was definitely the breakfast, with a great variety to choose from. We also appreciated the fact that we were given a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise.
Getting to the hotel was a bit of a hassle, as it was far from the city center and required using public transportation.

The staff were extremely helpful and happily answered any questions. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. Though the location is not ideal it is still accessible. It is located outside of the center of Rome in a nice little neighborhood. A car would make things easier, but I stayed three nights and took the bus and metro back and forth. About an hour each way, but with planning completely doable and cheaper than a taxi.
